The charger operates on an input voltage of 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 1.5A, and provides an output of 42V 5A. It is compatible with charging lithium (Li-ion) batteries, specifically designed for 10S lithium batteries.

The charger is equipped with two types of DC plugs: a male plug with one hole. If your electric bicycle's plug is 5.5*2.5mm, you can connect the independent connector included in the package to 2.1mm, and then connect it to your ebike to use.

The charger features LED status indication. The red light indicates charging, while the green light indicates a full charge or disconnection. The indicator light guides you through the entire charging process. When the charger is connected to the power supply, the indicator light is green. After the interface is connected to the ebike, the indicator light changes from green to red. When the charger completes charging, the indicator light changes from red to green again, signaling that you can now disconnect the charger and use your ebike.

There are a few common reasons why a charger may not work: 1. The voltage and current of the charger do not match your battery. You may have purchased a charger with the wrong parameters. Provide the brand and model of your electric bicycle or the parameters and plug of the original charger. 2. Due to the limited life of the lithium battery, the charger will not work if the battery is damaged, usually if it has not been used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months. 3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the bicycle, the green light will not turn red, it is likely a loose connector. You can use another connector in the box to screw on the original connector, and then plug it into the power supply to charge. If it still cannot be used, and the voltage and current are consistent, it is a problem with the charger, which can be guaranteed. 4. If there is a green light when plugged into the power supply, and the light goes out after connecting the electric bicycle, it is because of the internal short circuit of the electric bicycle, which causes the charger to have a self-protection function. You should check your e-bike battery and replace it if necessary.
