The 54.6V 2A Electric Bike Charger for 48V Lithium Battery is designed with input voltages of AC120V, offering three connector options: DC5.5MM Jack Connector, 3-Prong Inline Connector, and 3pin XLR Plug.

If the charger does not charge your scooter, there could be several reasons:

1. The charger may not be compatible with your electric bike.
2. Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, your battery may be damaged, especially if it has been used for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months.
3. If the green light remains on even after connecting the electric bike, it could be because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match those of your scooter, preventing power from reaching the scooter. Try connecting the charger to your scooter using different interfaces.
4. If the green light turns off after connecting the electric bike, it may be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bike, triggering the charger's self-protection function. In this case, you should check and replace the electric bike battery.
